Staci Joers will be presenting and cooking Vietnamese Fresh Spring Rolls, Chinese Lemon Chicken & Lettuce Wraps with Cold Chinese Noodles in Peanut Sauce, Thai Cucumber Salad, and Mangoes on Sticky Rice. Staci states, "With the bounty of fresh vegetables available in the (spring) summer and the desire to cook lighter and healthier meals, the recipes in this class are perfect. I’m going to keep it simple and light." As always, Staci gives information for both the novice and experienced cook and always provides very generous servings.
